SHIPPING POLICY

Sattva Investments (“we” or “us” or “our”) is the exclusive distributor of Maruva Naturals products in South Africa only and is not in any way owned by or a subsidiary of the company, Maruva Cosmeceuticals Pvt.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has cleared. Items in stock will be dispatched within 48-72 hours. During sale and promotional periods, there may be delays in the order processing.

2. Standard delivery methods and times

We deliver within South Africa through Parcel iT, our delivery partner. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rands (ZAR) and will be charged in South African Rands at checkout.

We offer the following delivery options for you to choose from when you are checking out on the Maruva Naturals SA website:

  1. Standard delivery within South Africa at a fee of R100. Through our delivery partners we will endeavor to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Depending on the time you make your purchase, your delivery address and the availability of stock, you can expect to receive your delivery within 2 – 3 business days for main cities within South Africa. Additional charges may apply for outlaying remote areas and delivery will be made within 5 - 7 business days.
  2. Collection at Parcel iT’s premises 58B Maple Rd, Pomona, Kempton Park, at no cost.

Please note that the above estimated delivery times are provided by our delivery partner, Parcel iT. Sattva Investments therefore does not guarantee delivery dates. If you feel that you have not received your order within a reasonable period, please send us an email at info@maruvanaturals.co.za.

During sale and promotional periods, there may be delays in the order processing and therefore delivery times.

Please ensure that delivery details provided are correct. Incorrect and/or incomplete delivery details may lead to delays in delivering your order as we will need to contact you to obtain the correct/complete delivery details.

You will be required to sign for delivery. We therefore recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between the hours of 9am and 5pm on your behalf, should you not be available to take delivery yourself. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Courier companies cannot guarantee delivery times due to traffic and other factors beyond their control. Should the courier company be unable to deliver for a reason beyond their control, the package will go back to their facility and a second delivery attempt will be made the next business day. Should the second delivery attempt be unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to its original facility. In this case additional shipping costs will be levied.

3. Pre-launch order delivery times

The above standard delivery times do not apply to pre-launch purchases. We will endeavor to deliver products purchased on a pre-launch basis within 30 working days of the order being placed, however there may be factors that are outside of our control that affect this targeted delivery period; for e.g. delays at the ports. We will communicate with you if we anticipate delays in delivering the product within the 30 working days expectation. 

4. Order tracking

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

Once your order ships, you will receive order shipping updates from Bob Go (formerly uAfrica) containing updates on the status of your order, and your tracking number.  You can use your tracking number to trace your parcel online.

5. Order support

If you would like to query your order or would like further information regarding our shipping policy, please contact our Customer Services team on info@maruvanaturals.co.za.

6. International shipping

At this stage, we ship throughout South Africa. If you are an international customer and would like to have our product shipped to you, please contact us at info@maruvanaturals.co.za and we will send you a quotation for shipping costs before the order is concluded.

7. Packaging

We take great care in ensuring that our products arrive safely and securely. Please take care when opening packaging. Do not use a knife to open packaging as you may damage the contents.

We recommend that you keep all packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase, as you may need to return an item to us.
