Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and we use only plant-based ingredients in our formulations. Refer to our Certifications page on our website for more information.

What are some of the key ingredients in your skincare range?

Some of the key ingredients in our skincare range include marula oil, baobab oil, mafura butter, mongongo oil, almond, moringa, ashwa gandha, and basil. Each of these ingredients have unique benefits for the skin, such as moisturising, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging properties. Refer to our Ingredients tab on the website for more information.

How soon can I expect to see results after using Maruva products?

Results can vary depending on individual skin type and concerns; as well as many other factors including your lifestyle habits; stress level; stage of life; etc. However, many of our customers report seeing improvements in their skin's texture and appearance within 2 - 3 weeks of using Maruva Naturals products consistently and in accordance with usage instructions. What do I do if the product I am looking for is out of stock?

If the product you are eyeing is out of stock, reach out to us on info@maruvanaturals.co.za to get an ETA of when the item will be restocked and to reserve an incoming product. Or use the "Notify me when available" button on our website to receive an email when new stock arrives.

What delivery options do you offer and how long does delivery take?

We manage our deliveries within South Africa through Parcel iT, our delivery partner. Upon checkout, you can choose to either pick up your products from Parcel iT's warehouse at no cost; or have your products delivered to you for a fee of R100 for most areas within South Africa. Through our delivery partners we will endeavor to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Depending on the time you make your purchase, your delivery address and the availability of stock, you can expect to receive your delivery within 2 – 3 business days for main cities within South Africa. Additional charges may apply for outlaying remote areas and delivery will be made within 5 - 7 business days. Refer to our Shipping Policy on our website for more details and our full policy.

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

After placing an order on our website, you should receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This email will serve as confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder in case the email was filtered there. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact our customer service team at info@maruvanaturals.co.za for assistance. Rest assured that our team will do everything possible to ensure that your order is processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

How do I check the status of my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once your order ships, you will receive order shipping updates from Bob Go (formerly uAfrica) containing updates on the status of your order, and your tracking number. Can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed through the online store cannot be cancelled. However refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy on our website for the process to follow should you wish to return and request a refund for unopened products that are in their original packaging with all seals in-tact and are returned to us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.
